According to a news, the whole globe is fighting with covid-19, at the time the big countries are having huge financial problems so what about small and third once countries? They are just suffering from heavy financial crisis as well as they have to look after their people and provide them best health conditions so IMF and WORLD BANK should give them some relief in loans and also provide them some funds during these circumstances....!
